Jessica graduated from New York Law School in 2013 with a concentration in criminal prosecution. She graduated from New York University in 2009 with a degree in Politics and a concentration in prelaw. During her third year at NYLS, Jessica was an interim acting DA in Richmond County, Staten Island, NY. Jessica Voto has been practicing civil litigation for nearly 10 years, including arbitrating PIP matters for doctors and hospitals, as well as litigating personal injury cases. Jessica is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Florida, and handles cases regularly in New York and New Jersey. During her employment at The Rybak Firm, PLLC, Jessica litigated complex civil litigation and several civil RICO cases, including the firm’s declaratory judgment and PIP matters. Since moving into New Jersey her practice has included litigation primarily for motor vehicle accidents, premise liability cases and other claims for serious personal injuries. In the last 5 years, Jessica has secured settlements for hundreds of thousands of dollars for her clients. Currently, Jessica is a partner at Voto & Cavalli, Attorneys at Law, P.C. where she handles personal injury matters and NJ PIP Arbitrations for her clients.
