A 23-year-old waitress was a passenger in an automobile when the host drunk driver rear-ended a disabled tractor-trailer on the lower level of the George Washington Bridge. Plaintiff suffered multiple injuries, including a right temporal skull fracture, requiring a temporal craniotomy; post-traumatic seizure disorder; and post-traumatic stress disorder. Plaintiff was disabled and unable to return work.
